Dream Team to face Denmark in Rio 2016 quarter-finals


Nigeria U-23 team will be playing Denmark in the quarter-finals of the football event of Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Nigeria finished top of Group B beating Japan and Sweden before losing to Colombia.

Despite their loss to Colombia, Nigeria still finished top of Group B with six points; they play Denmark who lost 0-4 to Brazil in their last group game.
The Frederikson Niels led side drew, won and lost a game each, finishing with four point.
The quarter-final clash between Nigeria and Denmark will be on Saturday, August 13, 8pm (Nigerian time).
Winner of the tie will play either Portugal or Germany in the semi-finals.
